MarketAxess has confirmed the appointment of Sunil Daswani as senior sales relationship manager.
In the role, Daswani will lead business development efforts and deliver client servicing across a range of post-trade products, the company said.
Daswani has three decades of industry experience and rejoins MarketAxess after a three year tenure with Standard Chartered Bank, where he was global head of securities lending and client management. Prior to this, he was head of securities finance solutions and business development at MarketAxess.
Earlier in his career Daswani was head of securities lending at Northern Trust and spent seven years at Citi, initially as an operations manager and vice president before becoming global custody product manager.
