Citadel has appointed Stephen Hannaford as part of its fixed income and macro trading team.
Hannaford has more than a decade of industry experience and joins Citadel from Alphadyne Asset Management, where he was a macro and fixed income trader. He held the London-based role for four years, after spending a year as a trader in Hong Kong.
Prior to Alphadyne, Hannaford worked at AMP Capital for close to eight years. As a portfolio manager for macro and global fixed income, he relocated to Hong Kong in 2015, later being promoted to a senior manager.
