DirectBooks has had Santander, Ramirez & Co. and Mischler Financial Group join its bond issuance platform.
The three additions bring the total number of underwriters on the platform to 34 worldwide.
DirectBooks CEO Rich Kerschner said, “DirectBooks welcomes our newest members as we continue to fulfil our goal of broadening our global community of underwriters.”
“Through steady growth and diversification, we continue to execute on our community’s optimisation vision through process improvements and supporting technologies,” Kerschner added.
In May, DirectBooks welcomed BMO Capital Markets, Blaylock Van, and American Veterans Group to the platform, and in March Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, R. Seelaus & Co. and Siebert Williams Shank joined the platform.
In 2023, DirectBooks celebrated a community growth milestone by surpassing 500 institutional investor accounts.
The core offering now consists of investment grade, emerging markets, high yield, and sovereigns, supranationals & agencies (SSAs) issuances across USD, EUR and GBP markets, and into Asia.
