Following a string of recent high profile ex-Goldman appointments across the industry, TD Securities has tapped Goldman veteran Paul Mutter as managing director, head of global fixed income sales, and regional head of US fixed income.
Mutter previously held senior leadership positions with Cantor Fitzgerald and Goldman Sachs and earlier in his career was an investment banker focused on Corporate Finance & Advisory with ABN AMRO, based in Europe. Most recently he led several initiatives in the fixed income space at BGC Group covering data and trading.
BGC has expanded considerably from its interdealer-broker roots and is currently launching its futures exchange, FMX, which is a direct competitor to CME.
