MTS, part of the Euronext Group, has appointed Nick Sollom as head of business development and strategy.
Sollom has more than 20 years of industry experience, and joins the electronic fixed income platform provider from Element Capital. He was a senior trader at the firm for more than five years, and founded its London execution desk.
Prior to this, Sollom was a director and senior fixed income trader at BlackRock. He spent more than six years with the company, and additionally served as a member of its Global eTrading Committee.
Sollom has also held trader roles at Cazenove Fund Management, Henderson Global Advisors and Wellington International Management.
