Former fixed income trader, Liane Fahey, has joined market operator Tradeweb, from Royal London Asset Management.
In her new role as European credit product manager, Tradeweb reports that Fahey will be “part of a team focused on providing Tradeweb clients with flexible and innovative ways to trade European investment grade and high yield corporate bonds, via enhancing existing and developing new protocols and features from initial concept to market launch.”
Fahey joined RLAM in 2018, having previously worked as a fixed income trader for BlackRock since 2013. She began her career in the interdealer market, working at Kyte GRoup and later Tullett Prebon.
“I am really excited to welcome Liane onboard our European credit team. She’s highly experienced in both high-touch and low-touch trading, and is a strong advocate of digital workflows. This makes her a great fit for Tradeweb and our culture of collaborative innovation,” said Nicola Danese, head of European fixed income at Tradeweb.
