Fixed-income investment bank KNG Securities has appointed Edward Williams to its sales team as an emerging markets (EM) specialist.
Williams brings 30 years of experience in EM debt, having worked at several global institutions in senior sales and leadership roles.
He most recently served as director in EM credit sales at Mizuho International until October 2024. Before this, Williams held positions including managing director at BCP Securities LLC, EM credit sales at VTB Capital for six years to June 2022, and head of EM credit sales at both BNP Paribas until June 2016 and ING Nederland before that, leaving in March 2010.
At KNG Securities, Williams will focus on supporting the firm’s capabilities in EM credit across regions such as Latin America, the Middle East, Turkey, and present and former CIS countries.
