Dutch asset manager, Kempen, has selected SimCorp Coric for its reporting solutions, replacing its legacy reporting technology, in response to increasing regulation and client demands for greater communication sophistication.
The Netherland-based, €49.5 billion AUM asset manager will work with SimCorp to provide its clients with a wide range of data and communications, having highlighted inefficiencies in report governance and operation agility.
Kempen will seek to address problems identified with manual processing in reconciling data and conducting commentary management in the Front Office, using the automation provided by the solution, as well as providing report generation tools that tailor to individual clients.
Erik Luttenberg, chief operating officer at Kempen said: “Client reporting is an important focus area for us and SimCorp’s Coric technical expertise and track record in replacing legacy reporting solutions were decisive factors in our selection”.
SimCorp Coric reporting solution enables asset management firms to comprehensively automate their reporting services, integrating with existing investment management solutions or deployed as a standalone service.
“The impact of regulation, coupled with increasingly sophisticated client demands, are causing more and more managers to review their client reporting”, said SimCorp in a statement.
The global solutions provider has picked up on the changing needs of firms in the shifting reporting and data landscape, with five firms already having chosen SimCorp Coric to upgrade client reporting in the last 18 months, with Danish firm C WorldWide Asset Management the latest to opt for SimCorp Coric last month.
