ION Markets, has connected its LatentZero order management system (OMS) to Trumid, the fixed income electronic trading platform. The link adds connectivity to ION Markets’ OMS for all markets and brokers worldwide, across every asset class.
Trumid offers broad ecosystem of different trading protocols and solutions for the global community of users. The integration between LatentZero OMS and Trumid is intended to support all Trumid trading protocols and designed to deliver best execution by using automated technologies. It could also allow users to interact with a wider group of buy-and sell-side market participants, provide greater access to liquidity and trading opportunities.
Trumid has client network of over 720 institutions and recently reported record average daily volume (ADV) for Q1 up 81% year-on-year.
From the LatentZero integration, traders can access both anonymous – session based – and attributed trading workflows, e.g. dealer streams and portfolio trading, on Trumid.
The connection between parties also provides users with access to Trumid’s integrated market data intelligence tools, delivering transparency across the trade lifecycle and an aggregated view of the market. The model includes ‘smart’ notifications to help guide and inform trading decisions.
