Capital markets technology and market data firm Finsight has expanded its US fixed income market provision with the acquisition of Credit Flow Research.
The acquisition marks Finsight’s entrance into market commentary and analysis services.
Credit Flow Research monitors new investment grade and high yield corporate bond issuance, provides pre- and post-deal analysis and offers proprietary real-time deal flow. It also distributes historical pricing data.
Leo Efstathiou, Finsight CEO, stated: “We believe institutional fixed income markets are approaching a technological inflection point. We aim to empower market participants with the most comprehensive, insightful, timely, structured, and accessible analysis and data available, consumable via API and with flexible terms, to promote their use in in-house systems and internal large language models.”
