New York-based Flavio Figueiredo has been named global head of corporate sales & solutions for Citi, in an expansion of his prior role as global head of rates & currencies corporate sales and solutions.
Steve Roti, head of strategic equity solutions, Ron Ruffini and Yoven Moorooven, co-heads of commodities corporate sales and structuring, will now report to Figueiredo, in addition to their pre-existing reporting lines.
Figueiredo will drive coordinated coverage of corporate and public sector clients across all markets products.
An internal memo, seen by The DESK, said: Our leading Corporate client franchise is a unique Citi asset. To ensure we continue its growth and to maintain consistency across the platform, we are pleased to announce that Flavio Figueiredo will expand his role to become Global Head of Corporate Sales & Solutions … He will work closely with product heads and our partners in BCMA, CCB and TTS to deliver the full suite of our execution services and solutions.”
