Kevin Rauseo has joined Citadel LLC, the alternative investment firm. Rauseo, who was formerly an executive director and head credit trader at rival systematic trading firm AQR, has a great reputation in the trading community and will specialise in capital structure arbitrage in his new role.
Previously he was responsible for AQR’s team trading credit derivatives, investment grade and high yield corporate bonds, with 11 years at the firm, having joined in late 2010.
Rauseo’s experience also encompasses time on the sell side, having spent two years as a sales trading analyst at Citi.
He is joining former colleague Isaac Chang, who joined Citadel as head of trading, global fixed income in 2020, having previously been head of trading at AQR since 2016.
