Global broker Market Securities has appointed Charlie Foley as an emerging markets fixed income broker.
In the London-based role, Foley is responsible for providing intermediary execution solutions to clients and counterparties.
Foley has more than 15 years of industry experience and joins Market Securities from BancTrust & Co, where he has been director of fixed income trading and treasury since 2023. Prior to this, he was an emerging markets credit trader at the firm
Earlier in his career, Foley was EMEA head of securities operations at StoneX Group and part of the emerging markets fixed income teams at MeritKapital UK and UniCredit Markets and Investment Banking.
