Euronext has appointed Mieke Wageveld as a sales manager within MTS Markets. She is based in Amsterdam.
Wageveld has more than 20 years of industry experience and joins MTS from derivatives technology firm KOR Financial, where she was EMEA commercial director.
Prior to this, she spent more than three years in the FICC electronic trading solutions team at Bloomberg and led sales for the Netherlands and Nordics at MarketAxess.
MTS became a part of Euronext in 2021 when the group acquired Borsa Italiana. As of 2024, the electronic platform operator and market data service provider saw daily transaction volumes exceeding €220 billion.
